Effective 9 October 2026
1. The basics
Fly Private Cheap is run by Charter Jet One, an air charter broker. Fly Private Cheap is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.
2. Numbers on this site are guides
Hourly rates, flight times, ranges and savings figures here are estimates to help you plan. None of them is an offer or a promise: real prices depend on the aircraft, operator, date, route, fuel and availability.
3. When a quote becomes a booking
A quote tells you what a trip should cost with a given aircraft, and it binds nobody. A booking exists only once you sign a charter agreement, which names the operating carrier and aircraft before you commit. Every option stays subject to the operator confirming availability.
4. Taxes, fees and extras
Our quotes aim to be all-in: the 7.5% federal excise tax on domestic US flights, segment fees and the airport charges known when we quote. A few costs can only be settled on the day, for example de-icing, extra crew nights or catering changes, and these pass through at cost as your charter agreement sets out.
5. Changing or cancelling
Your charter agreement sets the rules for changes, cancellations and any fees. Discounted empty-leg flights can be moved or withdrawn by the operator if the original booking changes.
6. What we ask of passengers
Tell us accurately who is flying and what they are bringing, pets included, and carry valid ID or passports for everyone. On board, the crew's instructions apply, and the captain decides whether a flight can safely go.
7. Limits on our responsibility
We arrange flights and the operator flies them. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by the operator, weather, air traffic control, airport restrictions or anything else outside our control, and any liability connected with this website is limited to direct loss. Rights that the law does not let us limit stay unaffected.
