How Fly Private Cheap works

We are an air charter broker. We find the right aircraft from certificated operators, price it all-in and look after the trip from request to landing.

What we do

A broker that works on the price, not around it

We do not own aircraft and we do not pretend to. We arrange flights with operators that do, and our job is to get you the right aircraft for the trip at a fair, fully disclosed price.

We source

For each request we ask FAA Part 135 operators, or foreign equivalents abroad, about suitable aircraft for your route, dates and group.

We price all-in

Each option shows the aircraft, the operator and one price including federal excise tax, segment fees and known extras.

We stay with you

One advisor handles the trip from your first request to landing, including changes, passenger details and timings.

How we keep it affordable

Savings that come from planning

Cheaper charter is not about finding a cut-price operator. It comes from avoiding the costs that do not fly you anywhere: oversized aircraft, empty repositioning, peak-day pricing and waiting time.

  • We size the aircraft to the group and distance.
  • We look for aircraft already near your route, including empty legs.
  • We compare waiting against sending the aircraft home on longer stays.
  • We show where a fuel stop or a different airport would save money.

Standards

What stays fixed, whatever the price

Certificated operators

Every flight is operated by a direct air carrier under FAA Part 135 or the foreign equivalent, in operational control of the aircraft.

Named before you book

Your charter agreement names the operating carrier and aircraft, so you know exactly who is flying you before you pay.

Crew rest respected

Schedules are planned within legal crew duty and rest limits. If a plan would break them, we change the plan.
