Effective 9 October 2026
The short version: your details are used to price and arrange your trip, shared only with the people needed to fly you, never sold, and this site runs no analytics at all.
1. Who looks after your request
Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Fly Private Cheap.
2. The details you give us
Asking for a quote sends us:
- your name, email and phone number;
- the trip itself: trip type, route, dates, passenger count and any notes;
- referral and campaign tags, such as the page that linked you here or a utm label in the address;
- your answer to the optional offers box.
Card details are never requested on this site.
3. What the details are used for
First, to price your trip and reply with options. Second, if you book, to arrange the flight with the operator. Third, and only if you ticked the offers box, to send the occasional deal by email, which a one-line reply or the unsubscribe link stops.
4. Who else sees them
The operating carrier that would fly you, plus the providers we rely on to quote and book, such as email delivery and ground handling. Each gets what its part of the job needs. Your details are not sold, traded or rented out, ever.
5. How long they are kept
Requests that never become a booking are deleted within two years. Records of booked trips stay for as long as tax, accounting and aviation rules require.
6. Your choices
You can see, correct or delete what we hold. To ask Charter Jet One for any of these, reply to any email you receive from us or send a note through the quote form.
7. Cookies and tracking
Nothing beyond what is strictly needed for pages to load. There are no analytics tools, ad pixels or tracking scripts here, and the form transmits only when you press send.
8. Children
The site is meant for adults, and we do not knowingly accept requests from anyone under 16. A parent can of course list children as passengers.
9. Updates
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and anything significant will be explained here.
